  • 1 banana
  • 2 apples
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery
  • ½ teaspoon of Manuka honey

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  • ¼  avocado
  • ¼  cucumber
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, drink and enjoy!

  • 1 handful of kale
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 organic pear
  • ¼ avocado

Blend all the ingredients, relax, drink and enjoy

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 teaspoon of chai seed


Blend together, pour and drink!
